Did a PR today at the Air Force half Marathon. 3;20 with walking the race. Increased my age grade score over my score at the Princess. Guess the training is paying off. However, when I look at my age group there are still a whole lot of old ladies who are a lot faster than I am! How do they do it??

I can't say enough good things about this event. It was awesome!! It wasn't a PR for me, but after just having surgery 3 weeks ago I am happy with my time.
