Spartan Sprint was the craziest thing I've ever done. Went in seriously undertrained but finished. I want to work more on my upper body strength and come back and climb those ropes. No more burpees for not completing challenges! Can't wait for my next one. Thinking about the Warrior Dash next month.

The Stockholm marathon was fabulous! Gorgeous city, excellent organization, and a really cool lap around the track in the Olympic stadium to finish. Highly recommended if you want a fun international race.
