Can anyone help me with getting my room request?
We are guaranteed connecting rooms (2 adults, 3 kids). I would like a King joining 2 Doubles. I know this is possible, but not sure WHICH BUILDINGS they are located in. Does any one know? I would like to request 50s or 70s, lake view, but not sure about where the joinging rooms are. I called the front desk and she was no help.

Is it OK to fax requests 4 days prior like with other resorts?

Thanks You!

I would just call CRO or call Pop Century directly and ask about the connecting rooms. As for the room request. We always fax 4 days out. As for the lake view, they have no "lake view" listed in the computer. There have been a couple of people just back that had some sort of "lake view" and I think they were in the 50's. I would read that post (maybe from Squiggle) and you may get some help that way. Or if Tyler happens to see this post, he may be able to give you some tips too!!

Cya There!!

I am in EXACTLY the same boat - 2 adults, 3 kids; guaranteed connecting, wanting a double and a king. I told my reservations person and she seemed hesitant. My plan is go fax around 3-4 days before our arrival. I feel confidant that this would be near impossible at check in because it is such a specific request (connecting and double/king combo)

I will be anxious to hear what you do.

Hmm... that particular combo will be somewhat hard to get, but it is possible. However, because it is extremely hard to get (especially during busy times), I'd hope for the best, but expect the worst.

Does anyone know the fax number to fax requests? Can I just call the resort and have them remark it on our reservation??

This is the number someone posted on another thread, I do not know if it is correct or not...

I just returned from POP yesterday - Room 1102, on the ground floor. My room had 2 double beds and was a connecting room - it had a door into the next room but it was locked so don't know what the other room set up was. This was in the 1950's building A - and overlooked the courtyard with the pool katty-corner to the right of my door. The ice machine and drink machine was just a few feet away. It was a nice big pool, but way too cold to swim (at least for me - I did see a couple of people in it the first few days I was there, but not many were swimming.)
