Recently I was looking for marinade recipes for chicken - I wanted to pack the raw chicken in zip-lock bags with the marinade. A number of you shared your recipes and I've packed a bunch of them - we just haven't grilled them yet. I did wind up cooking the Triple Citrus Chicken recipe that I had posted. We had run out of gas for the grill, so I just did it in the oven . . . . it was okay/good, but not super. Maybe it would be better if done on the grill. If you missed the thread, here's the link:

However, I wanted to share another recipe I used. This one was excellent and I'll definitely use it again!
Grilled Sesame Chicken
Source: EatChicken.com
4 chicken quarters or 6 chicken breasts
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 cup water
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup vegetable or olive oil
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/4 cup chopped white onion
In large non-metallic container, mix together soy sauce, water, oil, onion, sesame seeds, sugar, ginger, garlic and red pepper. Add chicken, cover tightly and refrigerate at least 12 hours, turning occasionally. Remove chicken from marinade and reserve liquid. Grill chicken until done, basting with marinade every 15 minutes. Makes 4-6 servings.
**NOTE: I didn't baste with the marinade, but since I did it in the oven I just poured the whole bag into the pan. I wouldn't have basted on the grill though because of the raw chicken sitting in it.
