QXG book longer then shorten stay??

WE are booked for Dec 6-12 at CSR, QXG is offered for Dec 20th. That is a whole 8 nights diff. I was just wondering if I were to book for 6th-20th with QXG and then call back and put it back to the 12th... would I still get the QXG rate???

I hope that makes sense. I read something similar for the AP holders... but they didn't say 8 nights, they mentioned 1 night. I know 8 is a lot.

IT seems to me if you are using a code that starts on the 20th then they would only give it to you for the 20th with their new policies. It used to be where if you started in value season your whole trip was at value rate but now they do it on a daily basis. Therefore if you bump back to the 12th no date in the code range at all.

Agree with pp.
If a rate starts on a date, such as the 20th, then any package cannot be used with that code prior to that date. If you would rebook using that code, and then changed your dates back again, you would simply lose that code, if the package travel dates do not fall within your arrival travel date.
