Quote includes tax?

I'm curious, when you receive a quote from a travel agent, does it generally include tax?

I received a voice mail from the AAA travel agent today with the price of my requested package, but unfortunately I couldn't reach her before the end of the day.

I'm dying to know 'cause my little brain is spinning wanting to make plans!

The quotes I received from my CAA office included the tax (one of the quotes also included the insurance, which I had her deduct)
