Quote and Reply opening new windows to respond

Anytime I try to quote a post or reply it bumps me out of a thread to a separate window to compose my post. I can't get multi quote to work at all, in takes me to the separate response window too. I am also having the refresh issue when typing any posts on my laptop where the cursor goes away and what seems to be a quick refresh.

I'm still having the problem with quoting as well.

I posted here about it before, thought it was fixed, but then it wasn't.
