Quivering Quest

Anyone know why the Quivering Quest isn't under the "Q" button. I have a pass to get into the rooms where the kiosks are but usually all you have to do is go to the "Q" button. Any thought?

in the event info it says it could be in Q or it could be in kiosks

The quest is Kiosks only.

There are 2. The one on the left is a mix of Halloween prizes, including candy cauldrons, pins, candy dispensers, more.

The quest on the right is all bat bags except for one candy cauldron. Diving magic required for that one.

If you read the room info when you click on the room, it says "Kiosk only."

I can tell you I got in at opening and started the easy quest. However after collecting some items, the task was complete and the task box popped up right where I was clicking to move next and I hit Quit - So that was lots of fun, I am back in line at 500 something, I guess I will get in and do the other quest.

Just a note to vmk that the quit quest button gets me all the time it is in a very bad spot - How about a pop up that says - " Are you sure you want to quit?"

heh, I know what you mean on that quit quest button LOL. It has gotten me a few times!

it's a timed quest. Kiosk to the right is bat bags, on the left different Halloween stuff. A bit over 100 items in each. I suspect people will log in their mules left and right to finish faster, so I doubt I'll win anything!

the old way of doing it was better. what with the month of not-so-many-dreams, where most people won NOTHING, they are now limiting the number of people who can get quest items too!!!!

It may be a VMK thing to where they have to limit something or whatever. Who knows. I was in line and got dc so instead of being 180 something I had to start at 1100's it's all good though

So now I waited in a queue yesterday and never got in and I was only 577. Today in a quest on a Sunday that usually has always allowed you a choice of her room or Q. Now I am stuck again in a queue of starting out at 578. Which means I have now been waiting for 35 mains and guess what... I have only moved 200. So for people like me who am not fast at taking easy quest...it isn't fair to us who won't now be able to take quest on sundays!
I alwyas felt good that even though it might take me a long to finsih a quest
at least I did it on my own with no help...now by the time i get in...I won't have time to even finish it! And here I was sooooooooooooooooo looking forward to the Sunday morning quests coming back!

I can appieciate your feelings, however the old way was there were no quests at all and you were lucky to not crash in line. Lines were 700 + but everyone DC'd every 20 minutes or so and most host events were spin to win. Going back further there were no hosts and the events were a little random and mostly disasters - so to speak. Really if you have been here since the beggining - there has been a lot of change, some could argue it good or bad on each thing but over all they do a good job of presenting us entertainment. You just heve to accept everyone won't get everything every time. Putting the quests on the Q was aloso not originaly done for host quest events. Only after the summer quests on Q started did they start to add host quests there as well. I understand the complaint on the mules, and we don't want to go down that discusion road but I think it is good to have limited quests now and then, less people will mule this then you think. The items are mostly buyable or may be sold again before the month ends.
Sorry if you don't get a shot...I myself blew my shot and am back in line to try the other quest.

u lost me bud - i was referring to them being on the Q button. that was so much better and easier... and if u wanted to go in the host room, then sure fine...
why change summit that worked?!
i just tried lining up and vmk cut off. i thought id give it a try, and guess what, it failed. im not lining up again, so now i wont win anything.
its all very annoying and silly.
