After a 2 month stall and a few too many bathroom issues, I decided that I needed to try something new.
I'm staying low carb because I feel so much better when I eat this way, but I've added oatmeal in the morning and a bit more fruit. I'm also watching my fat intake more. Lo and Behold, I lost 3 pounds my first week after making the switch.
It feels a bit weird eating the oatmeal (16 net carbs per serving), but the new plan is doing the trick for now.
