Quiet place for phone call?

Here now and my husband might need to take a business phone call (pseudo-job interview) on Friday at 2. Are there any quiet places I don't know about to take a phone call? Even going into the GC? Or would he be better off going back to the hotel? (We aren't that far, across the street)

If he gets good reception at the hotel, go there. Anyone can go into usually "quiet" area and start making noise. Or ther could be an unexpected PA announcement anywhere in a park. At least at a hotel you can somewhat control the noise level in your own room.

As you know, you're likely going to have background music wherever you are, and crowds are always an option on a Friday afternoon. Here are a few possible locations, but no guarantees. Hotel is probably the best bet.

Hungry Bear top level way towards the back. 2:00 may still have some good-sized food crowds though.

Up by Fantasyland Theater unless there's a show going on.

Toontown Railroad station--nothing happening there for awhile.

Top level of Space Mountain queue outside.

Grand Californian off the lobby somewhere

Maybe a quiet back corner somewhere in Redwood Creek

Not really coming up with much.

Lobby of the Grand is the quietest we found.

Otherwise go back to your hotel.

Oftentimes the picnic area in the esplanade is unused, and quieter than other areas of the park.

The problem with trying to find a "quiet" area in which to talk into a phone is that someone else may react negatively to their quiet. I don't mean leave in a huff or something, because that's their issue. I mean actively disrupt the phone call. If it's a job interview, leave the park. Less ambient noise shows you take the call seriously.

Hungry Bear is still open, it just has walls put up around it so you can't see the drained river.
