Hi Guys

I'm quite new to quidco, so I'm hoping someone could answer my question. I have some money in my quidco acount and it says it will be paid on the next payment run. Do they have regular payment dates?

How do I get paid?
We have two payment runs each month. These are on the first working days following the 1st and 15th day of the month.

Working days are classed as Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays (although we still answer customer queries 7 days a week of course!). An example would be as follows:

• The 1st day of the month is a Saturday – the payment run would go on Monday the 3rd.
• The 15th day of the month is a Sunday and the Monday is a Bank holiday – the payment run would go on Tuesday 17th.

Please allow up to 5 days for a payment to reach your bank account and up to 14 days for a PayPal account. To let us know your payment details just follow these steps:

• Click on your Setting tab in your My Quidco page and click on Payment
• Under Payment Method select BACS bank transfer or PayPal
• Enter the information requested on the form

• Click Save

IMPORTANT! If you opt to be paid via PayPal and your total confirmed earnings in any one month exceed £25, we will no longer be able to pass on your confirmed earnings to your PayPal account. You will need to change your payment method to BACS so that we can make your payments into a UK bank account.
