I went to a fundraising crop for a little fighting cancer on Saturday and our LSS provided some wonderful prizes. I won a Quickutz with the ck handprint font (with shadow!). I really needed one since I dont have any of the die cut machines.
I was looking at the alpha's and really like the look of Zelda but noticed there were none on ebay at all. Is it a hard to find alpha?

i don't think that this is one of the retired ones...so, if you like it, make sure you grab it. they do make announcements of what they are retiring before hand so you can be sure to buy it before it does.

if you do purchase any qk stuff, make sure you buy it at a place that offers 30% off. i don't buy mine unless it is 30% off.

Hi, I am a Quickutz retailer and no, Zelda is not retired. It is a great font too!!! They usually annouce when they are going to retire fonts and give you about a month to get your orders in.

Where do you get yours? Our LSS has a 25% off online coupon but it excludes Quickutz

i usually go to my lss to get them at 30%, and like said above, keeping memories alive (scrapbooks.com...make sure you put the s after scrapbook) offers that as well.

another site i have gotten them from is whimsodoodle.com...my friend works there and they have 30% as well.

or if i am really in a pinch and want something *now* i will do an online search until i find it at 30% (for a specific die or alhpha that is not in stock anywhere else).

i do not and repeat do not buy it for regular price ever (unless it is one of the ones that are forbidden to be marked down like the spring set). i just laugh when i walk into a scrapbook store and they sell it for regular price!!!

Thanks for the info, I did google quickutz on sale and found a couple of places that sell them 30% off. But getting familiar with the prices looks like my LSS sales them at 30% off too since they prices I saw the other night were around the same.
Now I have to decide which one to get first. I love Zelda but I also really like Khaki.
