I signed up for Quicksilver after I made a reservation with Alamo. I got a good rate for either a convertible or full size SUV in Feb ($155 total w/ taxes and discounts). I called to see if I could attach one of those reservation's to my quicksilver ID and the rep told me I would have to rebook the whole reservation. Of course, now the price has gone up.

Has anyone been able to get a pre-existing reservation attached to thier QS ID?

And this lack of Customer Service is why I don't use Alamo.

Try calling again. This can be done, whoever you got on the phone just didn't want to do it!

I spoke with C/S and got the same answer. I then e-mailed the QuickSilver area and they told me the same thing and that I was to associated with a company since it's for business purposes, but I don't think that part matters. I'm signing up and if the line is huge, I'll go over to Q/S and see what happens and leave my husband in the regular line just in case.
