Quickest way from Epcot to MGM

We are going in Mid November for the food and wine festival, after eating our way around the world I would like to go over to MGM for the afternoon parade and later the fantasmic show. We are staying at WL and will have our own car but had just planned on taking the monorail from the TTC. Would it be better to take our own car or can we get between the parks easily, we will have 2 children and a stroller with us.

I think it would be much easier to use WDW transportaion than to go back and forth to your car. It may not be the fastest trip but the boatride from Epcot to MGM is very relaxing.

If you're in the WS portion of EPCOT take the boat, if you're in FW take the bus.

Ditto what everyone else said... if you're going to be in the World Showcase, just take the Friendship Cruisers. They're located in the International Gateway between France and the UK. The boatride itself is about 25 minutes in length. Strollers can just roll on, and the inside portion is climate controlled. (During the summer, those things are meat lockers)

Should you wish t return to Epcot... you may either take the boat again, or the bus. The bus ride is about 10 minutes, and will take you to the front entrance.

However, should you chose to remain at the Studios, and then head directly back to Wilderness Lodge, there will be a direct bus for you.
