quickest way from Disney to US?

We will be spending some of our vacation at US but still staying at our Disney resort.
What is the best way to travel to US?
We wont be renting a car.
I guess a Taxi would be OK but do you have to call for one ahead of time and are they timely?
We are staying at the POFQ

There are taxis available at all the WDW resorts. If you don't see one, just ask the valet to call one for you.
