Quickest route to Vero Beach?

Hi all,

We will be driving from BCV to Vero Beach. Mapquest suggests a different route than AAA. Assuming the fires wil be gone by the end of the first week of June and I-95 is open, which is the best route?

Mapquest says to take FL-417 to SR-528 to I-95 S.

AAA says to takee Osceola Pkwy to FL turnpike to I-95 N.

I think it's probably a wash, but I would do the first one - taking the Beachline (528) to 95 South.

I think it is close to being a wash also... 528 might be a bit quicker. Also, Osceola Parkway is a toll road FWIW.

FWIW, osceola and 528 are both toll roads. I am an Orlando resident and definitely recommend taking 528 to 95. No reason, other than it's what I use when I go to Vero Beach. I was just there this weekend, and other than a bit of scorched earth from the fires, it was a smooth ride...
