Quickest route to IOA from HR lobby

After we check in at the HR we want to head right to IOA. What is the quickest route from the HR lobby to the self parking lot?

Go out the front doors, turn left, go down the stairs and you are in the self parking lot.

Why not use the boat? Makes life so much easier.

The only time this is an issue is if you are trying to get to the parks before the pool is open and get there quickly. Then you can't walk through the pool area as it is locked that early and it is fastest to go through the self parking lot.

It'll be around 7-7:15 AM, so self parking lot it is.
