I apologize in advance as I'm sure this has been asked before, but what would be the quickest route to Anna and Elsa from RD? Also, how long is the standby wait for A&E if you go there right from RD? My date to book fastpasses is tonight and A&E fastpasses are already gone every day of our trip:(

Right now the front of the castle is under construction so I think you take the soft left like you are going to Liberty Square then follow the signs to the right after you cross the bridge. There should be CMs there to guide you.

When we went in December, like illinidp posted, the CM guided everyone. The CMs walked quickly with a rope and were very clear that everyone stay behind it. At least back then, there were CM at the turns for the other lands and they were not letting people through just yet. The choice was to follow CMs for Anna and Elsa or 7DMT.

If you are staying on-site I recommend going on an EMH day. The day we went EMH was at 7 with the park opening at 8. We met them and were back out in Fantasyland at 7:30. :thumbsup2

I wouldn't give up, A&E was all gone, except for the day we were leaving, at 60 days for me too. But I was a bit obsessive and checked several times a day. I was finally able to get 5 with overlapping time on my perferred day at my perferred time.

Thank you for the hope!! I plan on obsessing my butt off for the next 60 days and hopefully I will have similar luck!

If you can't get a FP+ for A&E you can always wait until later in the evening and find a short standby wait. Just keep in mind that the A&E lines closes 30 minutes before the park closes.

On a recent visit, we found a 10 minute wait for A&E at about 11:15 pm. The posted wait was 90 minutes. We still had enough time after visiting the princesses to ride 7D twice before the park closed at midnight. The posted wait was 65, but the actual wait was 20 the first time then 10 for the 2nd trip.

We thought this was a very efficient use of 45 minutes and probably more than could be done in the early morning.

Impressive!! Thanks for the tip:)

I'd also like to echo a PP's sentiment about going to A&E late at night. Last week, I got off of the Carousel just before Wishes and noticed the wait time for A&E was 25 minutes. My sister and I got in line and we were in and out in less than 15.

The current construction around the castle is absolutely horrendous. You can't get to any location in Fantasyland in a timely manner while it's going on, especially in the morning with hundreds of people who want to see the princesses/go on the mine train. If you can't get a FP+ (sending pixie dust that you do!), don't rope drop the girls. Linger around the carousel/Philharmagic/PFTH area late at night and get in line once Fantasyland becomes roped off for Wishes. It should be between 15-30 minutes. Good luck!
