We are flying into MCO on Wed. April 11. Should get there about 6:10. We want the quickest option to the Polynesian. Not concerned about cost. Would you use the Magical Express or Rent your own vehicle? Thoughts?

IMO, the quickest way is neither of those: hire a towncar to take you to the Poly.

That's good advice as long as you're planning to use Disney transportation for your stay and not planning to drift off property. Depending on your plans for your stay either a towncar rental or a rental car would make sense. If you're planning to rent a car, join the car rental company's preferred customer program to speed you along the way. And pick a company that has its cars at the airport - Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, L&M or National.

The towncar will be waiting for us and we just go? Does anyone know a good, reliable provider? I assume we grab our own luggage and head to the towncar?

The driver will meet you at the bottom of the escalator on the baggage claim level. The driver will be holding a sign with your name on it.

I suppose there are others, but Mears Transportation is reliable.

If you do a search on this board for "towncar" you'll find plenty of opinions.

Thank you for the helpful responses! I appreciate it. My husband wants to get to MK for a few hours upon arrival. I was content to get acquainted with the hotel for the evening and walk up early and get going but he thinks are daughters would love to see MK at night on our first arrival. I'm just worried we will be trying to get into the part while people are leaving or during the parade or fireworks. Arriving at 6:10 to MCO, I don't think we could make it to MK much before 8:00.

MK hours for the 11th are posted with a midnight close time, so you should be okay.
