Quickest guest relations location?

We have to visit guest relations the evening before we head to the parks to fix a ticketing issue. Is any particular location less crowded than others? It will probably be after 7pm.

Epcot International Gateway's Guest Relations usually isn't very busy.

Or, Disney Springs'.

I would go to Disney Springs.

We've gone to both the International Gateway and Epcot for guest relations at night and both are good.

I would go to the one that was most convenient to where I was staying since all of them should have short lines in the evening.

Thanks, I didn't think of that! I am staying on property...at CBR. Not sure if they can help, but it's worth a shot to check with them first.

The key is what the person in front of you asks. I went to the IG guest relations twice. Once, there was a line of about 6 people and I was done in about 10 minutes. The last time, there was one person in front of me and it took 20 minutes. Every time I thought she couldn't ask for own more thing, she asked 10 more questions!

I don't think they can help with ticket issues any more, they used to be able to but I don't so now
