Quicker bus to DTD from Pop or All Star Music?

Wife is headed to disney for a night next month and plans to stay at a value resort and wants to shop downtown disney. If she uses Disney transportation back and forth to DTD, is it quicker to/from the Pop Century or All-Star Music, when factoring in possible stops and the such? I assume they are pretty close in time but curious still

The time difference is about the same, depending on how many people are on the bus to the All Stars.

The All-Star bus to DTD might stop at all 3 All Star resorts. The POP bus won't stop at any other resorts. Not a big deal either way.

The bus from ASR passes by Pop on the way to DTD, 5-10 minutes after leaving ASM.

If she's going to be really short on time, I would say to budget for a cab. Never stayed at the All Stars but I've waited an hour for a bus to DTD from Pop. Seems like I've never waited less than 20 minutes for one, could just be bad timing on my part but there are usually people waiting ahead of me so it's not like I just missed one or something.
