Quicken: Is upgrade from 2008 worth it?

We have Quicken Premier 2008. Have there been enough improvements in 2009 and 2010 to make it worthwhile buying Quicken Premiere 2010 for $90?

The area I am rather hoping for some significant improvements is the tracking of investments, especially 401k's.

I had to upgrade from 2007 to 2010 a few months ago and I didn't see see any big improvements. They said they were going to stop supporting 2007 and I wouldn't have the ability to do the web downloads and get stock quotes which I love. So I would say save your money and wait until next year when they'll force you to upgrade.

I still like the original version the best. I track our investments through our planner so I don't have to worry about that .
