My husband and I are sneaking away from our 16-month old for a quick trip in early March. We'll arrive at approximately 3 pm on a Friday at Pop Century, and depart for the airport at about 1 pm on Monday. We are utilizing Magical Express so I've calculated that in and those are the rough times we should be arriving to/leaving the resort.
We want to hit all the things we didn't do on our last trip because we had our daughter in tow. Thrill rides, shows, and Disney Springs. Our priorities are the Star Wars stuff at HS, rides and shows at AK, and Skipper Canteen and nighttime stuff at MK. Epcot was the one park we were able to do thoroughly last time, so we'll probably head there to hit Test Track and walk around the World a bit. Neither of us is much interested in Sum of all Thrills or Mission:Space. At Disney Springs we'd like to hit up Jock Lindsey's and my husband is on a mission for POP vinyls. I wouldn't mind hitting up the sushi bar at Morimoto's but I'm not married to the idea.
How would you split up our days? We have APs, so we can park hop, but no car, so we are relying on the bus system.

! That night you could wander over to Springs for a late dinner. I'd also hit Springs on your arrival day (or you could run over to DHS for the SW fireworks and a few FPs). Last day is yours - sleep in, pack, store your bags with bell and lay at the pool until departure time would be my choice (we always shower off and change just in time for our ME departure when we have a later flight) - but you could also spend a few hours at Springs or an early park open that day if you're really ambitious. Whatever you do will be so much fun! Enjoy!
