Well, we got back Sunday afternoon from our trip to see the decorations. I must say that the castle was VERY impressive!! We jsut loved it. We got to the All Star Music Friday afternoon and got a room in broadway. I was nervous about the resort being really big and being too far away from the main building. Well, we were a quick walk from the main building. Able to walk there quickly in the morning for coffee. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised with the All Stars. Our room was spotless! Bathroom was very clean and the overall room looked recently painted with new bedspreads. They do a wonderful job of keeping the rooms clean and in good order. Although the rooms are small, they weren't too small for us (myself, hubby, DD 15 and DD 9) I do wish the beds were queen size but we managed and were so tired by the time we went to bed that we didn't notice that they were smaller than what we were used to. We didn't have any problems with noise or the famous loud toilets. I have stayed at the Polynesian, Beach Club, Boardwalk, Swan and Carribean and I would definately stay at the All Stars again. We visited some of the resorts to see the decorations which were beautiful. We had dinner at Whispering Canyon Cafe at Wilderness Lodge. Food was great and it was a lot of fun. Of course my DD asked for ketchup which landed us with 16 bottles of ketchup! Saturday night we ate at Kona at the Polynesian which was wonderful! This is 1 of my favorite restaraunts. The magic kingdom was beautiful with the decorations. We were able to get on everything with minimal waits thanks to fast passes. We stayed at the park from 9am to 11:30pm. The fireworks were beautiful and worth every penny we paid for the weekend. Feel free to ask any questions and I will try to answer.
staying at a value resort in March since you have also stayed at Poly and you liked it fine.
