I am designing new business cards for the guys in my office and we need an answer as to style. Two of the guys are certified in various things so they want the letters after their names so which version is correct?

#1: John Doe, C.P.M.R.
# 2 John Doe C.P.M.R

comma? no comma? Help! :upsidedow

I use the comma between name and letters. I also don't have periods between the letters (but that is standard for mine, not sure what yours represent). so it looks like:
John Doe, CPMR

Thanks, I looked at the website for the organization and they don't have periods so I am going with John Doe, CPMR

Thanks for the help!

My cards have my name on the first line and Certified Public Accountant spelled out in a small caps font and a smaller size than my name on the next line, so it is as long as my name.

That is exactly what I would do. No periods and the comma. It looks "clean" and there is a flow between the name and the title.

BTW, what is a CPMR? I've never heard of it.
