Quick SWA Visa Question

Do you earn the 2x rewards points if you use your SWA Visa to buy additional RR points? Just wondering because we will be 3,110 points shy and if I buy 3,000 points for $82.50, I'm wondrering if I would earn 82 points or 164. It would work out perfect if it is 2x.

Not sure of the answer you're asking but there is a bonus 500 points if you purchase points between certains dates. I will see if I can find the email I got about it. I know I registered my RR Visa for the promotion.

Okay, found the email. The dates are Sept 12 thru Nov 8.

Also, this was in the email and might be the answer to your above question:

"Keep in mind, you'll also earn 2 points per $1 spent every time you Buy or Gift points with your Rapid Rewards Credit Card."

You do have to register your RR Visa to get the bonus points.
