I know everyone is tired of stroller questions but I honestly can't find the info on this. I have a 5 1/2 year old that is 69 pounds. All the light weight folding strollers I have seen are only for 55 pounds. Has anyone ever used one anyway with any success or have any idea's on what to do?

Thanks

I think you're going to be out of luck for a lightweight stroller. Jogging strollers would be able to handle his weight, and they're pricey. If I were you, I'd consider renting as needed - depending on your length of stay, it may be cheaper.

Good luck!

and my quick reply is rent one at the parks for long days and at epcot.

unless you have younger kids at home, hes too big and too old to buy a stroller to meet his weight requirement. it will be cheaper to just rent a few days at wdw.

Yeah thats kind of what I was thinking. My friend insists I take her Mclauren but he is over the weight limit and I just don't know how those things hold up.
