trying to check in for my parents online - they have pre-boarding b/c my mom needs assistance and my dad is visually impared and my 24yo brother and his girlfriend are to assist them so will pre-board with them BUT can I check them in online and can they print the boarding passes at the airport?? They don't have a printer or computer and I'm an hour away from them.
Only reason I want to get them checked in online is so they can do the curbside check in.

Yes- you can check them in online and they can get their boarding passes at the airport. Good luck to them.

They can get their boarding passes printed at the airport.

Both my home airport, BWI, and the one in Orlando, MCO, have automated kiosks where you can re-print your boarding passes when you arrive.

Be sure that your parents have their flight confirmation number with them! They will need this to re-print their boarding passes at the kiosk.

Yes and even with Preboarding it's important to get them checked in as soon as possible. SW goes by this when they over book the flight . Last one to check-in is the one holding the bag if they can't get someone to volunteer.

All you need is the comfirm number and 1 members name. You can do this for their return trip as well .

Thanks for the help - they are all checked in and my little brother has been given the instructions - it's stressful with my 'kids' travelling without me!!
