Quick Service To Go?

I know at the Disneyland Resort you can get quick service meals to go when you are in the park. I have usually done this when I have been waiting for a parade, fireworks, or in a hurry to get somewhere. Does anyone know if Walt Disney World quick service restaurants let you take food to go? I'm planning to be there Christmas-New Years, and I plan on just sitting waiting for shows a couple times on my vacation. Just curious if this is an option for me. Thanks for any info!

Most QS locations do not have traditional "To Go" food containers to carry away with you. They usually don't have any sort of cover. Some do, but most don't. They will give you an extra plate to cover your food loosely

We just did earl of sandwich to go which was awesome to eat in the room!!! But that's downtown ..

We do this all the time at Tangerine Café in Epcot- it is so so so delicious and we enjoy the platter late night! They always box it up to go for us! As far as other places, Im sure you can cover the plate with another plate and take it with you if they didn't have a to go!

I agree with the others but want to mention that you can take the trays out of the counter service places and carry your food on them to wherever you are going. I would strongly advise on making sure the trays get back to another counter service place that hasn't closed before you leave the park. I would also advise taking larger zipper storage bags with you in case you can't get what you need from the counter service place and need to keep your food warmer until you get to where you are going. You might also want to consider taking a plastic grocery bag with you to load up on utensils and napkins as you are rushing to where you need to be.

I've also done this at Tangierine Cafe in Epcot. They had a carry out container.

Also at the Boardwalk Bakery, they box it up.

At the food court at Pop, they have nice covers for the plates.

PS: Prepare for crowds. I've been that week.

Gallon ziplock bags are always in the bottom of my bag. Slide your plate in and good to go.

I think the Yak & Yet QS does this. Homecoming at Disney Springs has specific togo items. Trails End has a togo option now.

I don't know for sure. The DIS had a vlog on it. I think it's called P&J's Southern Takeout. I think it's technically separate but gets food from Trail's End.
