Quick service locations open during evening EMH?

I'll be doing two EMH nights and I was wondering what QS locations are open in Epcot (during festival of the arts) and MK during EMH.

I'll be doing two EMH nights and I was wondering what QS locations are open in Epcot (during festival of the arts) and MK during EMH.

My experience is China, Morocco and France in Epcot and Cosmic Rays in MK.

I think Casey’s is sometimes open at MK also.

Thanks! With any luck I'll be arriving at both parks in plenty of time to grab my dinner before EMH starts, but given my rather full and ambitious 2-day touring plan, it's always a good idea to have a backup plan.
