Does anyone know if the quick service locations have ingredient lists for the food they serve? And if so, are they detailed? :confused3

I'm familiar with the special process for lining up table service with food allergies - going through it now!

I'm allergic to corn and can usually manuver my way around any suspicous foods, but I'd love to be able to eat some meals on the go after checking the ingredient list.

Thanks for any insights!

I don't know if they have ingredient lists at the CS locations since I never ask. I ask Brenda with Special Diets for lists of safe foods ahead of time and bring lists by CS location with me to parks. I know what they have before I order. The manager then confirms and and also ensures no cross contamination when preparing the food.

CS places have binders with ingredients. They are usually right at the register. It is always a good idea to confirm the ingredients with a manager/chef as info changes quickly.

tell the CM you have allergies and they will call for a MGR at a QS place and bring you the notebook
it is a VERY LARGE binder
so give yourself some time to look thru it

Normally if you ask special diets they will email you a list of places that serve foods that are ok for you to eat and a list of foods.
I carry my list and show the mgr- it makes it faster to order.

There is a really sweet CM at Cosmic Rays that is starting to remember me - he yells to me when he sees me: Allergies - Apple slices ready for you!
The manager pops out of nowhere and I get a burger with GF bun and apple slices.

My DS 10 has food allergies. Who can I email to get a list of "typically" safe places for him to eat that are QS. I know at the TS and ADRs I just tell them at time of ADR but I am trying to figure out how the QS works with allergies.

Thanks.

I have food allergies as well. I ask, some of the QS have them behind the counters, others have to be brought out by the managers. The lists are very detailed. The binders come with each food item that is for sale on the menus, and come with warnings that the food may have come into contact with.

The managers will also come to see you, whether the ingredient book is behind the counter or they have to bring it themselves. They go over every item that I would like or am considering and then make sure it's prepared separately to ensure there's no cross contamination.
