Other than the resorts is there anywhere to get a quick service breakfast in the parks? I know about main street bakery but was hoping for something a little less sugary.

Main Street Bakery does have ham and egg sandwiches, fresh fruit, other things which are less sugary.

In Epcot, Sunshine Seasons does typical bacon-and-eggs type breakfasts and also has oatmeal.

In AK, Pizzafari does breakfasts, and I'm sure someplace in DHS does them too although I don't know off the top of my head - we don't usually "open" this park.

Sunshine Seasons at EPCOT and Main St. Bakery in the MK. There may be more, but those are the two I know.

Fairfax Fare at HS has a breakfast sandwich. You can usually get bagels and cream cheese at some of the more "sugary" places as well.

We would try to eat before getting to the parks, but there's Sunshine Seasons and then a little stop on the way to ToT/RnRC at DHS that's good. We tried the ham and egg sandwich at the Main St. Bakery and didn't like it at all.
