Quick Service Breakfast

This seems to be a rare thing outside the resorts. And the menus at the QS places that do serve breakfast all look the same. Are there any QS breakfasts that are somewhat interesting? And convenient to a park. What I've found so far: Capt. Cook's for the Tonga Toast.

Any other places that have something to recommend them? Theming worth checking out. Better quality?
