Quick service at Poly, Contemporary, Grand Floridian

Not tried Gasparailla grill. We had a look round poly over the holidays and although we weren't impressed with Captain Cooks when were were there in 2015, The till area seems changed now and it appears to have more (for us, better) options on the menu than it did previously. Contempo Cafe is one of our favourite QS options. We normall stay at Wilderness Lodge and a short baot ride to Contemporary give access to a decent QS with quite a few options away from the normal "burgers and beige food" seen at many QS's. (Assuming you are in the area and have park tickets - don't forget Columbia Harbor House in MK. A few different options in there too - fried shrimp, fish, salmon, lobster roll - a bit of a break from the QS norm).

edit: As stated - we normally stay at Wilderness Lodge - not sure when your next stay is - but *probably* by summer they are due to have a new QS opening at WL - which is great as Roaring Forks is very limited and not worth visiting in my opinion. Easy boat ride for a change of scenery from either MK dock or Contemporary dock.

Contempo Cafe is perhaps our favorite resort CS place. Great food. Lots of choices.

I agree with this. Contempo was never chaotic and the staff was always helpful and pleasant. The food was good too. I had a great quinoa salad there one afternoon. Captain Cook's was chaotic and the staff was pretty miserable during our stay at the Polynesian. I'd go in and out as fast as possible.

I would also encourage you to also consider the Beaches pool bar at the GF and the Oasis pool bar at the Poly. Both have some good options that are different than the standard fare.
