Quick selling question---

I look at it the other way, I feel they simply undersized the rest. When I compare to other top Orlando timeshares, many of which are better than DVC in certain ways, this is one of the points I make.

I agree. My parents bought Marriott in Orlando a couple years after we bought BWV. I was kind of embarrassed the first time I walked into one of their 2BR units because it was so much larger than ours. Even the dining room table was large enough and had chairs for the total number of people the unit could accommodate!

The biggest differences IMO are for the studio and the 3BR when you look overall. Now I realize there are reasons for smaller villas and less amenities on site for DVC that make sense. There's the location thing and there's the parks for activities. So in part it's like comparing HHI on the beach vs off the beach, I get that. The one that gets me in this area is the difference in the studios. For Marriott Grande Vista it's a King, pull out and actual cooking/eating utensils. Overall the things about DVC that tend to bug me are the things that are simply by choice like the studios mentioned and poor service at times esp on site. Heaven forbid you need something while you're cooking or right before bedtime. You'll be lucky to have it delivered in an hour or 2 if at all.
