Quick Royal Hall question

Does the Royal Hall where you meet the princesses typically open with the rest of the park? What about during early entry? It never opens early, does it?

Agree. We went last June early in the morning on our last day, and there was no one else there. The line for Tink was a little longer, but not bad either.
