Quick Rewards Cost to Cashout

If I cash out my Quick Rewards to Paypal am I charged any fees by Papyal? I have a Business account that I use for e-bay, so would I be charged the normal 2.9% and $.30 per transaction? Thanks for your help.

I think so. The first time I cashed out, someone at QuickRewards actually sent me an e-mail to let me know. I set up a different (free) PayPal account just for my rewards so I don't have to pay a fee.
