Just got back from an amazing food filled week at WDW!!! Thank GOD we walked 5-10 miles a day!!! LOL

No pics yet bc I have to upload them all to photobucket..... here's a quick review for now!

Day 1 -
Lunch - Earl of Sandwich -
Greattttt food - I had the chicken chipotle sandwich and it was awesome.... everyone enjoyed their meals here -

Dinner - Chef Mickey -
I love chef mickeys however - its getting a bit too expensive for the quality of food... meal was great but could have been better and they no longer have Mickey Ravioli! sad!

Day 2 -
BFAST - quick meal at GF - just croissants - nothing special
Lunch - San Angel Inn - YUMMY... great Mexican lunch and great atmosphere -
Skipped dinner -
Wishes dessert party in the evening - highly recommend this fun evening of desserts and fireworks! great time and yummy treats

Day 3 -
Bfast quick service egg sandwich at HS... ehhh it was kinda blah
Lunch - Pizza at Toy Story pizza planet - wayyy over priced! $10 for a small pizza with a small side salad! good food though
Dinner - OHANA - my absolute fav meal of the week hands down!!!! AMAZING...

Day 4 -
Bfast - Crystal Palace at MK.... great character bfast... awesome food and yummy mickey waffles and pancakes!!!
Lunch - Cosmic Rays - usual MK burger & fries - nothing spectacular
Dinner - ok here goes
HOOP DE DOO REVUE...... don't yell at me - AWFUL!!!!
This was our worst meal of the trip! $280 for 4 people and the food was horrible. I loved the show - we had a great time but OMG chicken, ribs, potatoes - everything had like a gallon of salt on it - and just tasted gross!
My niece is a vegetarian and had pasta with butter - that was her option!!!!! for $70 she had pasta with butter!!!!!!! seriously????? and she said that tasted awful. I am so mad that I upgraded to level one seating and the food was so bad.... not one of us enjoyed our meal so I was very disappointed!

Day 5 -
bfast - Kona Café - YUMMY - tonga toast is a bit much - we ordered one and all took a piece - meal was typical bfast and yummy
lunch - YAK & YETI - YUMMMMMY what a great lunch - I had the honey chicken and it was fabulous!!!! not greasy at all and it was great chunks of white meat chicken!!! soooo good.
dinner - be our guest! - the gray stuff was amazing - the steak was huge! another fabulous meal!

Day 6 -
bfast - grand Floridian café - had French toast it was awesome - great bfast - my nephew had the lobster bfast special and it was very good - he finished it all!
lunch - pinnochio village haus at mk - had flat breads - good choice!
dinner - Tokyo at Japan - ehhhh I come from NY where the sushi is amazing - it was just OKAY here... nothing special - had a great view for illuminations which was awesome bc the weather was FREEEEZing!!!!!!!

Last day!
Lunch at TREX - it was decent - wanted to try it at least once.... wuld I go back, probably not!

Hope you all enjoyed my quick recap - I will def post pics at a later time!!!!

Any questions - let me know!

Thanks :stir:

Thanks for your reviews- sounds like you had some great meals.

So sad that the Mickey ravioli is no longer at Chef Mickey's. Not that is was that great, but my DD loved it because it was Mickey shaped.

Wish you could say better things about TREX. We want to try it next trip.

Thanks again for sharing.:)

No prob!!! we had a GREAT week and the food was all amazing with the exception of Hoop de doo..... TREX I would say is just like rainforest café - you are basically paying for the atmosphere... its loud & fun but next time I prob wont go there -
