Quick Queue staying at a partner hotel

So I bought flex tickets and have my reservations for US/IOA at the Palms for my front of the lines there but I am going to Sea World for two days before hand.

My question is, by simply staying at a Sea World hotel, do I get the Quick Queue benefit even though I'm not booking a ticket package through them?

If anyone knows that would be great. We're going in the middle of October so I probably don't need then quick queue but I'd like to have it anyway.

Yes, you can get quick queue without getting anything else from them. They will try to sell you tickets, dining, etc but there is never any pressure. I have an annual pass and it's never a problem. They can also issue the vouchers for the current day and the next day at the same time. Always a good bet to go in the morning in case they sell out - does happen during the busy periods.

I always get them no matter what time of the year I am at the park. Even if I just use it for Antarctica -skipping that line make it so worth it.

I should say to be precise, you get free one time per ride quick queue for staying at an "official Sea World Hotel". You get a discount on quick queue for staying at a "Sea World Partner Hotel"
