quick question

So I have a quick question. My girlfriend has had gauges for awhile now and she is sizing down. She wants to go down to a 00. I know the Disney look says you can't have stretched ears or anything like that so I don't need a lecture about all that.

I was jw if you or anybody you knew has hard their ears stretched and what sizes the gauges were that you or they got away with?

I have tried to google some stuff but nothing really comes up. And i know some people have had to get away with this.

Females can wear studs up to the size of a nickel I believe. I know some people who wear the large stud earrings with a special kind of rounded back to cover the hole.
