I'm going to WDW tomorrow, and I wasn't sure what shoes would be best to wear at the parks. I have a pair of converse that I wear every day, so they're very broken in and I'm used to walking in them, but they don't have much support. I also have a pair of tennis/running shoes that I haven't worn in a while and are a tiny bit loose, but they're good walking shoes and have good support. Which shoes do you think would be the most comfortable for me to walk in? Thanks in advance :goodvibes
Edit: I am planning on bringing both, so if one doesn't work, I can always use the other pair.

I would say the running shoes. You need good arch support for that much walking.

Running shoes! There's a huge chance you'll walk alot there lol. I dont htink you can avoid it :) Have fun!

I'd use the running shoes. You can probably break them in in a day of walking so they'll probably be comfy the next day. Converse are not always the best for walking in. I get blisters from walking too much in them. If you don't, that's fair but there's no support and the muscles in your feet will feel terrible by the end of the day.
I remember coming back to the room and putting foot soothing lotion alllll over my feet xD

The running shoes! The converse will make your feet ache by the end of the day.

Running shoe's for walking, and good idea to bring the other just in case

Running shoes. Or, get a pair of cheap Dr. Scholl's shoe inserts with arch support for your Converse. Because trust me, a full day at Disney with no arch support is one of the most painful things I've ever experienced. And it hits you the next morning more than anything.

I would think your running shoes would be better, but broken in shoes are also super comfy! Its good your taking both so you can play it by ear.

Definitely the running shoes.
Although, I have a pair of broken in vans that I used last trip and they were fine.

Thanks everyone! :) I was pretty sure about the running shoes, but I wanted a second (or 12th :rolleyes2 ) opinion. :upsidedow

I'd say the running shoes, but everyone's feet are different. I can wear cheapo old navy flip flops around the park and be fine, but things like crocs will make my feet hurt worse than anything.

Different strokes. :)

i've never had a problem with my cons.
& im a converse addict.
mine too are very broken in and i have never had a problem walking around in the parks all day with them :]
