How busy do you all think DL will be on EE day that starts at 7am? We're going the week after Easter (I know it's going to be busy, but it's the only week we can all go). Anyway I'm wondering how much we'll be able to get done between 7am and 8am...I'm hoping that most people don't get up that early. My 3 kids on the other hand love to get up around 5.

TIA

Steph

We had 8 things done but did it mid march last year. FL goes fast. Just do PP first and Dumbo. The rest move faster.

So PP first and Dumbo 2nd? I want to take advantage of EE as much as I can with 3 kids, 5 and under.

If you can manage it with the youngsters, here is what would work best:

1. Get to the DL gates at least 15 minutes early - that would be by 6:45AM. Arriving at 6:30AM will be better.

2. Ride Peter Pan first and then Dumbo

3. The next two to do are Alice in Wonderland and Matterhorn - in either order - with the ages of your children Matterhorn may be out - but 5-year-olds usually are OK with it. So maybe take the older one while the younger ones ride Dumbo or Alice a second time

4. Mr. Toad and the Tea Cups - in either order should come after that

5. The other rides do not matter very much as far as order - Snow White, Pinocchio, Carrousel.

If you get to the gates on time, most of these will be a walk-on or a 2 minute line at most and you can do all of the FantasyLand rides that are open during that hour. At regular park opening they will start the Casey Jr RR and Storybookland Canal Boats and IASW. You can do these next after regular hours open and be completely done with Fantasyland.

Thanks so much for the tips. It's just me taking the kids, so separating isn't going to happen (no Matterhorn this trip :sad2: ) I don't think we'll be doing the Tea Cups either (not sure ds will be able to handle the spinning).

I plan on getting there by 630 (at the latest) that day. Both my girls want to ride Dumbo (alot) so I think we'll try to ride that a couple of times that day. I want to take them on Peter Pan (I haven't ridden it yet), Snow White, Pinnochio, Mr. Toad, Carrousel, Casey RR and IASW. We did the storybook canal once before and I don't think it will hold their interest a great deal, but I may do it for some (much needed) downtime.

Thanks again
