Quick question on ordering Disney pictures

I am trying to order 2 5X7 pictures. All I want are the two pictures so I obviously didn't do the memory maker. Do I have to order the rights to the picture AND the 2 pictures? Can't I just order the pictures? It's not letting me do that.
