Quick question NOT about room checks! Feasible plan for tomorrow morning?

We are staying at All Star Movies. The bus to MK this morning was ok, but slower than we would have liked.

Tomorrow morning we are doing Epcot. DS4 specifically said he wants to ride the monorail. Here is my plan:

Call an Uber to take us from ASM to POL.
Hop on Monorail from POL to Epcot.

Is this a feasible plan? Any reason it won't work? Uber is allowed onsite, right? And AFAIK there's nothing that will prevent us from hopping the monorail at Polynesian--but is it frowned upon or anything?

Well you would have to change monorails at the TTC. Why not just have them take you to TTC, and get straight on Epcot monorail? They have a place for them to drop and you won’t have to deal with Poly security guard.

What you describe is possible. It’s not all that logical, but if DS REALLY wants to ride the monorail....

Some advice:

The Epcot monorail line only runs between the TTC and Epcot. It would be more effecient for you to take Uber to the TTC, not Poly. Then take the Epcot Monorail line to Epcot.

If you do take an Uber to Poly, you’d need to walk from Poly over to the TTC OR take the Resort Monorail all the way around to the TTC and transfer to the Epcot line. Walking to the TTC would be quicker.

Regardless, taking the monorail to Epcot will require TWO security screenings. Once at the monorail when you get on, another at Epcot.

My recommendation - bail on the idea of taking the monorail that morning. Take the bus from ASM to Epcot and enjoy your day. When you’re ready to leave, hop on the Epcot monorail line and ride the whole loop to the TTC and back to Epcot. Then bus back to ASM.

A ha. This is why I posted. I am not the expert I used to be. Thanks for the suggestions--TTC it is.
