Quick question concerning package mixup...

I had 10 things that ended on ebay this past sunday. They all sold. I got 2 of the packages mixed up. I didn't know it until one of the buyers emailed me. He was very nice about it. I explained what happened. Do you think it would be ok for me to give him the address of the person that was supposed to get the item?. I asked him to ship it back to me. He said "no problem. I am refunding his cost thru paypal. It would be less costly to me if he would ship it on to him. I know...I screwed up. Lesson learned. Always double, triple check your packages with the name and address.

Just my opinion but think it would be in your best insterest to receive the package and re-ship it just in case something happens on his end and he does not ship correctly or in a timely manner.

I agree. You might think it seems easier but in the long run, I doubt it. If I were the buyer, I'd want to send it back to you and have you take care of your business for me--not the other way around.
