Quick question about Vacation Strategy please...

I just paid the reservation fee online through Vacation Strategy for WBC. I got an email right away confirming my payment but I'm concerned that there's nothing showing the rate that I was quoted or my balance due.

Has anyone had a problem with getting a quote and then being expected to pay more?

When should I expect to be able to call the resort and confirm my reservation?
 
Now I'm a little worried...

I emailed Humaira asking for confirmation on my balance due and quickly received a reply for a ONE bedroom.

The quote i receive clearly says it's for a TWO bedroom! (I thought it seemed like and extra great rate.)

Has this happened to anyone when dealing with VS?
 
After seeing your post, I went back and checked. I made a reservation in August for a trip next months. I paid the deposit and then received a receipt via email with all my details: unit type (2 BR Deluxe), total price, deposit paid, remaining owed, etc.

Might be worth giving them a call.
