Quick question about split stay check-in

For a split stay DVC reservation, is it possible to check in at the next resort before you've checked out of the previous one?

I ask because I'd like to be able to take a taxi from AKV to BCV early on the morning of the transfer to do the BCV check-in while my family is still getting ready for the day at our AKV room.

Yes you can, this is how our family does it as well Also, you can bring your luggage to bell services and they can have it transferred over from AKV to BCV but it may not arrive until late afternoon.
