Quick question about pin codes...

Hi guys,

I'm pretty sure I know the answer to this, but I wanted to double check...

If you already have a room booked with a pin code, and the pin is expired, can you still change resorts with that pin, as long as there is resort availability? You can right?

I'm booked at AKL in October with a pin that expired Feb 28, and I'm thinking of seeing if Wilderness Lodge is available, but I don't want to call and ask, and then lose my pin code or something, if this isn't allowed!

Yes, if there's availability at the WL with your pin code, you can switch resorts without losing the discount . If the regular reservation CM can't make the change, ask to speak with someone in Guest Services .
