Quick question about passes!!!

Hey everyone,

My dad purchased disney passes for me and my family 2 weeks ago b/c we were going to be in town for a college football game. However, one of our closest family friends passed away unexpectedly and we were unable to use them.

My dad cannot go anymore because he has work, but I wanted to use the passes for myself and some friends. The tickets are in his name however, under his credit card and everything. Can he call in or something so that we can pick up the passes tomorrow?

Thanks for any help, I really appreciate it. We tried calling the ticket offices but they are closed on weekends apparently...

If you purchased regular Magic Your Way base tickets through Disney or an authorized reseller and already have them in hand (not at will call) then I believe you could use them.

1. Tickets are good until the first date of use, then they expire 14 days after the first date of use (unless the Non Expire option was purchased).
2. Paper Tickets are not assigned to a specific person until first use. Once used the ticket is only good for that person.
