Quick question about memory maker

Evening guys

We purchased a package through virgin last year and fly out this September. Included with the 14 day tickets is the memory maker. Initially this was showing up in the MDE app no problem. But since the app update it's only showing photo pass and giving us an option to purchase memory maker.

I assume this will revert back again at some point before we fly. Probably something to do with the app update. Anyone else had this minor issue? Any advice?

Check the website the app is notorious for being glitchy!

I wouldn't worry though I'm sure it will be fine and it's probably somethings to do with how it's handled in the back end.
